Today in the PCRS, Adrienne Yeung reading “baby grand” from issue 2.2!

Adrienne Yeung (she/they) is a queer, nonbinary, Chinese-Canadian mixed media artist and settler on the ancestral territories of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh peoples (Vancouver). Their poetry centers themes of survivorship, queer intimacy, and diasporic identity. You can find their poetry in Room (forthcoming), Carnation (forthcoming), Ricepaper, Oratorealis, untethered, and Whiny Femmes Zine, among others. You can find them in costume, walking with purpose in the wrong direction, and following cats down the street.

Today in PCRS, Yuan Changming reading “Languacolonization” from issue 3.2 

Yuan Changming started to learn the English alphabet in Shanghai at age 19 and published monographs on translation before leaving his native country. With a Canadian PhD in English, Yuan currently edits Poetry Pacific with Allen Yuan at poetrypacific.blogspot.ca. Credits include ten Pushcart nominations, eight chapbooks, the Jodi Stutz Award in Poetry (2020) & publications in Best of the Best Canadian Poetry (2008-17)& BestNewPoemsOnline, among 1,719 others across 45 countries.
